You're validating my admittedly uninformed vibe that the reason Biden appeared to be dithering was to make sure that all of his support would line up behind Kamala as soon as he gave the word. He didn't get through 50+ years in politics without understanding how these things need to work.

You stole my headline and it if it was going to be anyone, I'm glad it's you, Kevin! What do you think about the prospect of her picking a senator as VP, since she has a short window and needs to know they're someone she's able to work with? (Another case for Kelley, perhaps) Either way... LFG 🔥

I love Kelly, but I'm not crazy about giving up a purple seat in a closely divided Senate.

That said, Gabby Giffords was my downstairs neighbor at Cornell and I would love love love to see this for that couple.

Understand completely. Also, I don’t know if he’s a natural campaigner. In these reality TV days, can America handle someone’s soft-spoken and thoughtful? Don’t know. I’m hedging bets and watching.

Hate to say it, but religion of Shapiro vs Cooper leans to Cooper. I saw Cooper is/was a deacon in church and taught Sunday school.

Isn't Cooper also term limited and is leaving the governor's mansion this January anyway? I don't think Shapiro is that close to term's end or even term limit's end.

Yep. Shapiro just won election last year.
